Based in our lovely Surrey offices, you’ll work with a diverse range of clients, driving success through Google Ads and other paid platforms.
If you’ve got experience in:
- Creating and managing PPC campaigns
- Optimising key metrics like Quality Score, CTR, CPA and conversions
- Navigating Google Analytics, UX, and landing page best practices
- Analysing Google Ads data and generating insightful reports…

Bonus points if you’re Google Ads Certified, especially in Search, Display, and Reporting & Analysis. If not, don’t worry – show us you’ve got what it takes to get certified soon after joining us.
We’re also open to junior candidates who may not tick all the boxes but are eager to learn and grow.
Extra Credit
Experience with paid advertising on platforms outside of Google (social media ads, Bing, or even Yandex) is a big plus. And if you have broader digital marketing or SEO knowledge, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll do
You’ll manage a variety of B2B and B2C clients, helping them hit their goals by creating, managing, and optimising paid campaigns. You’ll also provide ongoing consultancy, including data analysis and reporting via Google Analytics.

- You’re a confident, outgoing, and organised individual who’s great with numbers and words.
- You can confidently present to clients at senior levels.
- You pay attention to detail and have a proven track record of delivering strong PPC results and conversions.
- You’re a car driver and live within commuting distance of our Surrey offices (we’re between Godalming and Farnham, near the A3).
